Components

• Chassis made of reinforced steel springs, treated against sagging and rust, surrounded by a frame of reinforced hardened steel with a diameter of 5 mm, and equipped with additional spring supports on both sides of the chassis to help increase the efficiency and load-bearing strength of the edges.

• Layers of reinforced felt weighing (1000 g/m²) {helps distribute loads over the chassis surface, increases the efficiency of the cotton by protecting it from the iron chassis friction, and completely prevents the feeling of springs}.

• Layers of Turkish cotton weighing (2000 g/m²) {helps distribute loads over the chassis surface, increases the efficiency of the chassis and foam, and enhances the chassis strength to bear higher weights}.

• Luxury fabric made of high-quality Egyptian cotton, equipped with two layers of super soft foam and a layer of polyester fiber roll weighing 300 g/m², fixed with a strong vaseline layer to protect the foam from wear.
