Return and Exchange Policy – Next & Go

We at Next & Go we strive to provide a comfortable and safe shopping experience for all our customers, while ensuring their full rights to return, exchange, refund, and warranty in accordance with the applicable regulations within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

🕒 Timeframes for Returns and Exchanges

  • Damage due to shipping: within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Missing or incorrect product: within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Change of mind or desire to return: within 14 days, provided the product is in its original condition.

  • Manufacturing defect: within 30 days of the date of receipt.

  • Refund: within 5 to 14 business days after the request is approved.

① How to request a return or exchange

  • Within 24 hours: In the case of damage due to shipping, you must send 3 photos or a video showing the condition.

  • Within 48 hours: In the case of a missing or incorrect product, send photos or a video demonstrating the issue.

  • Within 14 days: A return can be requested if you do not want the product, provided it is unused, in its original condition, with complete packaging and accessories.

  • Within 30 days: In the case of a manufacturing defect, send photos or a video showing the defect.

Note: Please mention the order number, reason for return, and packaging condition when contacting us, and remove any personal data from the product before sending it.

② Upon receiving the product

Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt.
You can refuse receipt immediately if there is obvious damage or a clear discrepancy from the required specifications.
If receipt is refused, the full refund after review by the quality team.

Reasons for acceptance include:

  • Incorrect color, size, material, or dimensions.

  • Defective product or damaged packaging.

③ Returns due to change of mind (within 14 days)

A customer can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused, with complete original packaging, accessories, and gifts.

  • Custom-made products are non-returnable.

  • Personal care products (such as mattresses, pillows, and bed linens) cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

  • In the case of opening the plastic bag of the mattress, a deduction of 25% of the original value will be applied upon return.

④ Manufacturing defects (within 30 days)

The defect must be reported within 30 days from the date of receipt, along with attaching photos or a video showing the defect.
The technical team will inspect the product to confirm the issue.
If there is a warranty, the customer can choose between returning the product or using the warranty service after the deadline.

⑤ Warranty Clarification

  • If the product page has a warranty badge, the warranty is valid according to the details mentioned therein.

  • If there is no warranty badge, only the following timeframes apply:

    • 14 days for change of mind.

    • 30 days for manufacturing defects.

⑥ Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom-made or customer-chosen products.

  • Opened personal hygiene products such as mattresses, pillows, and bed linens.

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or are missing any components or original packaging.

  • Products that have had their seals removed or have damage resulting from misuse.

⑦ Refund Duration and Method

The refund will start after the product is inspected and the return process is approved by the warehouse.
Expected duration: from 5 to 14 business days (depending on the bank or service provider).
The amount is only refunded to the original payment method, and no cash refund will be given.

  • Cash on Delivery → Cash refund.

  • Bank transfer → Bank transfer.

  • Credit card → Refund to the same card.

  • Sympl / valu / aman → Refund to the same wallet or account.
