Depending on your location, please allow 5-14 days for delivery from the day you received your order confirmation. The status of your application is updated to you via email at every step. Type the tracking number into the tracking section of your service provider's website. The order status will provide detailed information about your package. When you order from our website, we guarantee that the order will be processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3:4 days within Cairo and Giza.

Returns will be accepted for damaged/defective products. You will need to notify us of any damage/defects within 48 hours of the product being delivered, in order for us to receive a replacement.

If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

If you received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order for us to receive the replacement.

We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging . The refunds period includes the time taken to complete the refund process by Nexttgo but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers or shipment time in case of check refunds.
